USA News __Hartland Township, Mich. (Ap) — A Wal-Mart worker says the retail titan terminated him after he tried to help a lady being assaulted in the parking area of a southeastern Michigan store.
Thirty-year-old Kristopher Oswald tells Wxyz-Tv the Hartland Township store's administration gave him paperwork expression it was rejecting him for approach violations.
Oswald says he was on break in regards to 2:30 a.m. Sunday when he saw a man getting a lady. He says he inquired as to whether she required assistance and the man began assaulting him.
Oswald says he was fit to get on top of the man, yet two other men began assaulting him. Livingston County sheriff's appointees arrived and stopped the battle.
