No confirmation of a "causal specialized flop" for the Shetland Super Puma disaster has been discovered in this way, specialists have said.
Four individuals kicked the bucket when the helicopter crashed on 23 August.
The Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) said the examination was progressing.
The Super Puma As332 L2 headed off down near shore on a flight to Sumburgh from the Borgsten Dolphin rig.
The uncommon AAIB announcement reports the CHC-worked helicopter's motors were both "conveying power until effect" with the ocean.
'Segregated occasion'
It says the air ship had lost speed and elevation.
Duncan Trapp, VP of security and quality at CHC Helicopter, said of the overhaul: "It affirms that the accessible data presses on to demonstrate that this unfortunate mishap was a disengaged occasion and no specialized washout has been distinguished.

Sarah Darnley, 45, from Elgin, Gary Mccrossan, 59, from Inverness, Duncan Munro, 46, from Bishop Auckland, and George Allison, 57, from Winchester, lost their lives in the episode.
