The New York City Police Department is examining an episode in which a parade of cruisers pursued a driver, his wife and 2-year-old girl after their Range Rover SUV found one of the motorcyclists on Sunday.
A movie that was presented on Youtube shows motorcyclists blasting in the windows of the SUV on the driver's side and in the secondary lounge territory where the kid sat. The movie has turned into a web sensation and had pulled in more than 1.2 million perspectives as of Monday night.
