Kerry: Shutdown sends negative message to the world (USA News)

BALI, Indonesia (AP) — U.s. Secretary of State John Kerry on Saturday urged Congress to end the fractional government shutdown and take some time to consider" the message U.s. sends the planet when "we can't start acting responsibly."

Kerry is in Bali for a financial summit of Asian guides. President Barack Obama had wanted to go to, however crossed out his venture plans to stay in Washington and manage the shutdown, now into its fifth day. Kerry is currently heading the U.s. assignment in the talks.
