USA News_BEIJING (AP) — A Beijing court on Wednesday indicted man for homicide and sentenced him to passing for throwing a toddler to the ground in a case that shocked the Chinese open.

His attorney said Han hadn't planned to make the young lady's demise, however the Beijing No. 1 Intermediate People's Court sentenced for homicide and gave him capital punishment. A second man, Li Ming, who pushed Han far from the scene, was sentenced to five years in jail for concealing the suspect, the comment said.
Han's capital punishment will be investigated by the Supreme People's Court, as needed of all capital punishments in China.
