Iran's Rouhani shifts responsibility for nuclear talks (USA News)

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani says the remote service will assume responsibility of atomic transactions with the West.

The move will give him more steer control over the talks, which have as of not long ago been directed by the Supreme National Security Council.

The chamber is selected by and responsible to the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei.

Journalists say the change could proclaim a less hardline Iranian stance in the talks.

The change had been rumoured for a few weeks.

Western nations fear Iran needs to advance atomic weapons - a case it denies.

Since 2007, Iran's assignment at atomic arrangements has been headed by Saeed Jalili, who was seen as remarkably steadfast to Mr Khamenei.

Mr Jalili additionally stood as a presidential competitor at in the not so distant future decision, on a stage recognized as embracing a forceful approach abroad and restricted political openness at home.

The move makes it likely that Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif will assume control authority regarding talks.

Mr Zarif has experience living in and arranging with the West, having at one time been Iran's emissary to the UN, and is seen as a political direct.
