SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — A football fan tumbled to his expiration from a lifted passerby walkway Sunday at Candlestick Park throughout the 49ers' last season opener at the San Francisco stadium, police said.
The expiration came simply after kickoff at around the range of 1:30 p.m. in the 49ers' 34-28 win over Green Bay, police said, and various witnesses reported the man had all the earmarks of being inebriated before he tumbled to a walkway.
The expiration happened that day a railing caved in at the Colts' amusement against the Raiders in Indianapolis, harming two fans who had been inclining toward the restraint above the tunnel expediting Oakland's locker room. It showed up both fans in Indiana escaped genuine harm, stadium authorities said.
In San Francisco, police representative Gordon Shyy said enjoying some downtime doctors and cops gave the man emergency treatment until a rescue vehicle arrived, however he was proclaimed dead from his wounds. Powers said he seemed, by all accounts, to be in his 30s, and his name has not been discharged.
In a comment, 49ers representative Bob Lange affirmed the group had studied of the mishap outside the stadium.
"We might want to express our deepest sympathies to the family throughout this challenging time," he said.
It was not clear how far the man tumbled from the Jamestown walkway, which goes around the outside of Candlestick.

Since 2003, there have been more than two dozen instances of fans falling at stadiums over the United States, consistent with the Institute for the Study of Sports Incidents.
