NEW ORLEANS (AP) — An Indonesian team part has been transported from a Carnival voyage ship to a New Orleans clinic in the wake of falling and hitting her head on deck.
The Coast Guard said in a news discharge that one of its helicopters grabbed the 34-year-old Indonesian lady Saturday morning from the Carnival Conquest, found 172 miles southeast of New Orleans.
The news discharge said the lady was taken to the Interim LSU Public Hospital, and that she was in stable condition. The Coast Guard did not discharge her name.
In a comment Saturday, Carnival noted the boat was on the final leg of a seven-day Caribbean voyage that started in New Orleans. The articulation said the boat was relied upon to touch base back in New Orleans again on Sunday, as booked.
