She may have had the planet talking after her disputable manifestation at MTV's Video Music Awards a month ago, yet to no less than one individual, Miley Cyrus is still just who she is.
"She's just Miley," her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, told CNN's "Piers Morgan Live."
"She's a craftsman. She's true. I imagine that what's happened throughout the years, Miley has been reinventing her sound. She's advancing as a craftsman herself. I believe that all of what every living soul is calling disputation now, that is still my Miley," he said.
Billy Ray Cyrus spoke finally Thursday night about his girl's execution at the Vmas.
You know the one.
Wearing a tissue toned bra and matching clothing, Miley Cyrus showed up on stage with monstrous, moving bears and shocked the swarm by grinding against artist lyricist Robin Thicke and yes - twerking.
The execution was a long ways from her Disney days as "Hannah Montana."
Billy Ray Cyrus said he had known his little girl wanted to do "something truly unique" at the Vmas to get everybody talking.
"Miley's keen enough to realize that to vacate the shadows of 'Hannah Montana,' it truly takes something greatly radical, which when you head off to that level, it makes energy, and enthusiasm is either love or scorn. However there's no widely appealing for ardor," he said, including that the execution pushed his girl to new statures.
"She has climbed to an entire new level. I supposed I had seen everything - until these last couple of weeks," he told CNN's Morgan.
