Beards, mustaches go on parade in New Orleans (USA News)

NEW ORLEANS — They came chiseled, waxed, spread, bended, spiked — or outright thick.

The 2013 Just for Men National Beard and Moustache Championships this weekend in New Orleans pulled in more than 150 competitors from the U.s., U.k. what's more Canada.

The celebrations incorporated a parade down Bourbon Street.

This was the fourth yearly national rivalry formed by Beard Team USA. The New Orleans heat and moistness would not joke about this took a breather and vigor to form facial hair manifestations.

Devon Holcombe took the gold in the characteristic mustache classification. Regular classes mean candidates are not permitted to utilize hair styling items. Holcombe's mustache extends 24 inches end to end.

Keith Haubrich chiseled his mustache into the two arms of a clock, with the arms extending to harshly the 10 and 2 positions.
